Social Care Support

We provide social care support to people aged 25 or over living in Barnet. You must have a diagnosed learning disability.

Health Support

Our health teams can provide support to people aged 18 or older. Your registered doctor must be in Barnet. You must have a diagnosed learning disability.

To use our services, you would need to have:

  • An IQ below 70.
  • Challenges with managing your everyday lives.
  • A learning disability that started before you were 18 years old.

You would also not be able to use mainstream health and social care services.

We do not provide services for people with:

  • Dyslexia.
  • Dyspraxia.
  • Autism without a learning disability.
  • Traumatic brain injury after the age of 18.
  • Learning difficulties.
